Revision summary

What changed

Material update

Clarified the repair, replacement, and refund ladder for digital-goods failures and tightened evidence-led exclusions.

  • Explains the remedy ladder as repair, replacement, then refund.
  • States when buyer-caused configuration changes are outside refund coverage.
  • Links faster reporting to stronger verification and buyer protection outcomes.

Refund Eligibility

Digital goods are fulfilled quickly and cannot always be returned once revealed or consumed. A refund, replacement, or corrective action is available when an order is verifiably invalid, inaccessible, not delivered, or materially different from the listing.

How Supersafe Resolves Issues

  • We first verify the failure against the order record, delivery evidence, and seller obligations.
  • When possible, we repair access or provide a like-for-like replacement through our Rapid Replacement Protocol.
  • If recovery or replacement cannot be completed within the support window, we issue a refund to the original payment source or platform balance.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Buyer remorse after valid delivery.
  • Issues caused by the buyer changing credentials, region, platform, or recovery settings after delivery.
  • Claims filed without the evidence reasonably required for verification.

Response Window

Open a support case as soon as the issue is detected. Fast reporting materially improves our ability to validate the claim, recover the asset, and keep both buyer and seller protected.
